Every item in your team’s shop is made-to-order — printed and shipped just for you. That means we don’t carry inventory, and we don’t offer returns or exchanges for things like size, color, or change of mind.

We know that’s a little different from big box stores — but it’s what helps us keep things simple, fast, and focused on your team.

If Something’s Not Right

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong product — we’ll make it right.

Just reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the issue

• A quick note about what went wrong

We’ll review it and either reprint or refund your item. Easy.

Sizing Tips

Since all items are made-to-order, we recommend double-checking our sizing charts before you order — they’re available on every product page. If you’re in between sizes, sizing up is usually a safe bet (especially for kids who grow fast!).
